From the back.

It's no secret, everyone has their preferred angle. That little bend and twist that makes for a more flattering... photo. Thus this summer, I am engrossed with the endless back. Nothing screams sensuous, sultry and (still) single like a statement (backless) silhouette. 

 So this weekend I took an impromptu trip to Tuscaloosa to visit some of my best friends. Besides the fact that we were (almost) the oldest ones out, I would have to say we made quite an assertion with the formation of fashions we harnessed.

The second night in town, I oscillated between a simple white dress and the outfit seen above. Obvi I went with my more chichi side and wore the latter--- a white backless body suit with a navy maxi skirt, gold bangles and a red Tory clutch. Two of the best compliments of the night:


"Did you just go to a wedding?" And "You have something on your back"-- referring to the double-sided tape that was showing and (at that point) had acquired some fizz and bar funk. 

But none the less, the manifesto of the outfit was the completely backless bodysuit. Before going with the maxi- I tried to pair it with everything: hot pink jeans, a mini BCBG skirt, etc. and nothing worked. 
 **If you are going to rock something completely backless--avoid looking tart and keep something a secret (a least until you get home :)).

The backless trend has been an on-point go-to for my most recent events. My fav so far (although it's obvi a tough choice) would be the Brighten Up my Outfit Dress by BB Dakota dress I wore to the Jeffery Fashion Cares Patron Party. On the subject of from the back--I found an amazing top (it was a size large--WAY to big but I had to buy. It was def a one-of-a-kind find) and paired with some American Apparel Daisy Dooks, over the top jewels and these scanty stilettos for my first night in Tuscaloosa. Looking back on it, I'm pretty sure I looked at least five months preggo, but the back of the top was just too threadbare not to utilize.

 Hope everyone is on the road to recovery after a weekend of consuming countless calories. I got some MAJOR news i'm dying to dish...but like everything else- I'll tease you a bit longer. Happy Monday, dolls. Still in Tuscaloosa for at least a day or two longer. Do you think North River Yatch Club is going to die when I rock my L Space fringe bathing suit later to indulge in sun, 50th Shades and to Sweat out the afferteffects of this photo? Prob. Always love a controversy because it (obvi) creates cash. X0x0

Yes...we are in a pizza place and about to kill a LARGE pizza. One too many goose and waters is killer for the diet.
